This product is terrible! I tried several different attempts to make it work. No one should ever buy this product. I tried so many times that I lost my opportunity to return it during the return window and now I am stuck with it. I do not mind losing the money on the product, but I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with such a terrible product. The product does not work.

Use all the time with my daughters Nespresso machine. It's the smaller pod, but works great. I would look for a pod that makes a full cup instead of an espresso shot.

Works well, but a little expensive for the type of item. You have to pack the coffee tight in the pod for it to work better.

Finally got around to trying this. Didn't work. Waste of money.

Ok. I'm glad I ordered this product despite the number of negative reviews. I believe that everyone that gave a low rating is not following the instructions and did not pay attention to the description. First of all, this is the SMALL coffee capsule. You must grind the coffee to a very fine grind and ensure you pack and press the coffee grounds well into the capsule. Also, ensure that the capsule is sealed completely. I put it into my Vertuo Plus machine, I pressed the button once, and guess what? It worked! My advice is that if you feel the coffee is too light, then run it a second time. That is what I did, and it yielded more coffee. It was flavorful, and it had the crema as well. The capsule is of good quality. Beware that it will be very hot after the brewing process. This company sells the larger capsule. I might order that one as well.

Gave 3 stars for quality, 2 stars for product use, but product doesn’t work, get less coffee, and no proper directions. Came with 2 plastic containers, have no idea what those were for and 2 rubber bands 🤷🏼‍♂️ It’s a no buy for me. I returned the product.

This could be a five star product, but I gave it a 2 for the following reasons. The stainless steel capsule is sturdy and reusable. Which is why I bought it. And yes, it is technically the same size as a 7.77 fluid ounce Virtua Nespresso capsule. However, when the espresso machine goes to filter water through it, it is only able to push enough water for maybe 2 ounces at a time - like it doesn't sense the size of this capsule is a larger size. So then I have to open and close my Nespresso machine two or three more times to get a full coffee cup. Not to mention the stainless steel capsule is now burning hot so that when I do need to remove it, I can’t actually unscrew the capsule lid off to empty out any coffee grinds without seriously burning my hand - so I have to let it sit and cool off. (Something I didn’t consider when I bought it.) So, I still buy Vertuo Nespresso capsules if I’m going to have anyone else join me for coffee, and for when I’m in a hurry. If I’m taking my time, I do use this stainless steel capsule, but if I’m in a hurry, this is not something I use. I originally gave one as a gift to friends, and they had the same issue. Very disappointing.
