Hip pain gone! I have had terrible hip pain for a year now. A couple of weeks of using this and it’s gone. I ran out of my first bottle and noticed a difference immediately. Couldn’t reorder fast enough.

I've ordered a lot of supplements in my life and usually they end up just getting discarded but shocked at the effectiveness of this . I hurt my knee about 4 months ago at the gym and had trouble standing up without a lot of pain . It also hurt whenever I'd take a walk and I'd have to use my hands to lift my left leg back into the car . Within two days my pain was down 75% and after 2 weeks it's down 95% . I'm taking this for life . Great supplement .

Have been using the pills for months now, can tell a bit of a difference but don't know if that is placebo effect or not.. the pills are hard to swallow in my case. I've tied many methods but it feels like they are always stuck in my throat. Maybe it wouldn't feel that way if didn't have to take 4 as a dosage.

I use this in combination with other collagen and it has helped me through injuries but also keeping my joints recovered and strong on a daily basis. I do calisthenics so I'm hard on my shoulders, elbows and wrists.

Not that this is an average product, but because I'm not sure if I got the benefit that I wanted(and the product claimed)...joint pain relief. So I did get relief, but I can't be sure if the pain relief I got was from taking Vital Proteins Cartilage Collagen Pills. So I'm going to give this another try. I've been taking Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for a few years too, but not much pain relief. The price for the cartilage Collagen is high, but if it works I'll pay it. Right now my knee pain is pretty bad, so I'm back on it. My first relief came after about 5 days after I began taking this, 4 pills a day, 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening. I stopped taking them after 10 days to see if the pain would come back, and it did. So...Fingers crossed. Another review update forth-coming. Thank you.
