The perfect book for anyone feeling stuck wanting to go forward, but feeling held back
Ho'Oponopono came into my life many years ago, but I wasn't ready for it then. I guess it would be the same for many with such a delightfully simple, yet profound system that gets to the source, a cherished philosophy of mine. At Zero, Joe Vitale's second book is a closer look at modern Ho'Oponopono that dives even more into the why, how and what. The book references many Ho'Oponopono workshops with Dr. Hew Len, although at times, Vitale is a little heavy handed with the references to his personal products. Something I need to do cleaning on! :) It does offer concrete statements to work on, methods and many things to get you going before you sign up for a workshop. At this stage if I was to be stuck on an island, that would be the book I would bring with me. All in all, I really enjoyed it a lot. It displaced many other books I had queued up to read. I will reread it over and over again. I highly recommend this book to anyone feeling stuck, wanting to go forward, but feeling held back despite your many honest attempts to move onwards. This book rekindles your inner connection with your deeper self and opens the gate to the higher self and beyond. It's a must have for me.

Great read for those wanting to 'take it up a notch'.
Absolutely loved this book....great follow-up to Zero Limits which I also loved. I found At Zero a bit more of a "how to" book. It provided me with a deeper understanding of Ho'oponopono plus some real examples and insights to taking full responsibility no matter what is going on around me. I appreciated Joe's honesty as he shared his real life experiences with applying the Ho'oponopono method. Even though it's simple it certainly is not easy if we have been accustomed to playing the 'blame game'. It seems that as soon as I finished the book I received plenty of opportunities to practice!

My favorite Joe Vitale book ever!!!
Oh, where do I start??? I've been a Joe Vitale fan for years, having read practically everything he's ever released, including, of course, Zero Limits. I immediately started using Ho'oponopono daily after reading Zero Limitsand continue to this day. I was actually shocked at the backlash of naysayers that surfaced when his first Ho'oponopono book was released, and I hate to admit this, but as I read this new book, and heard from Joe himself the saddening stories about the negativity he received when releasing Zero Limits, knowing well that his purpose in writing that book was to share such a beautiful way of cleaning one's own issues in life, that I cried. I felt horrible and sad for him, as if I connected with this author and felt his pain. However, his own heart made me feel better when I learned the true cause of such situations. FYI- I was one of the people who read Zero Limits and immediately felt better for having done so, knowing I had found another way to better my life and the lives of others. Yet, even after reading Zero Limits, I still had questions. Did, "I'm Sorry" mean forgiveness or remorse? Was their more than the four phrases? Did the order in which I said them have any effect on the outcome. Finally, my questions were answered in, At Zero. As I began to read At Zero, it was as if this book was written for me. I do not mean to sound selfish or egotistical, but I had a real connection to this book and there were too many coincidences for me to ignore. While I don't want to give away anything, I do want to mention several key points (that will only make sense to those who read the book) that struck home with me: *I, too, have a skin disease, like the girl he mentioned, and often wondered if it pertains to past connections. *I too, had heal spurs for which I was given cortisone shots. I, too, wondered if we were in some way connected to every person we've met through binding invisible ties; ties that could affect the rest of our lives. *I instantly connected with Morrnah's prayer. It fit my persona. As well, I was ever so thankful that Mr. Vitale went out of his way to create a free MP3 of this prayer that he recites along to very soothing music. *I, too, have often wondered if we're simply overloaded with mental programs that can be deleted to help to open us up to discovering our true cause in life. *I, too, have a fascination with charging water in sunlight, (and my favorite color is blue-again, read the book and you'll understand) and believe it can be beneficial to your health. *I, too, allow inspiration to occur. I never force any of my books or songs to be written. I allow them to happen. These are just a few points that strummed my heart cords. But, I also learned about other things, such as the the opposite of placebo, and how it was as negatively powerful as the placebo. As well, when Mr. Vitale explained the Secret Mirror technique, I had a revelation. I had personally used this technique years ago without even knowing, when I had appeared on Good Morning America. It was my first television show ever, and I was nervous, until I prayed to God. Then, I looked into a mirror in the restroom only moments before going on live television, and I made this bizarre connection that put me in the zone. For those of you who know me, I have an uncanny ability to shatter glass with my voice, which was the purpose of my appearance. On that day, when I looked into my eyes in the mirror, and God spoke to me, telling me that it was my time, I saw the outcome, and knew I would be successful. It is so crazy that it took nearly ten years for me to realize how powerful the mirror technique is, or that I even used it, and I only realized it because of reading, At Zero. So, you see, this book, to me, speaks of so much more than Ho'oponopono, having explained to me other concepts such as the three paths to manifestation, why I've blamed the wrong people for situations that have occurred in my life, as well as giving me the means to cleanse my connection to these so-called problems. Through, At Zero, Joe also reminded me of how to reconnect with my child-like spirit of trust, and showed me how to voice out loud my concerns, desires, and intentions, while re-learning to spend my time receiving and having fun again. I rarely write such long reviews, but I just cannot say enough about how this book has connected to me in more ways than one. If you're a fan of, At Zero, you REALLY need to read, Zero Limits to continue on your journey. Thank you, Mr. Vitale; I'm your fan for life!

I enjoy the book, but was expecting something a bit different.
At Zero is a great sequel to the book "Zero Limits" I've found that it does in fact dig deeper into Hooponopono and it's various cleaning methods, but if you were to pull out of this book what is found on that subject it would be thin. A good deal of the book is examples, interviews, and stories about how Joe has been wronged and has used Hooponopono to get clean and get past these. There is nothing wrong with this, but I was just expecting more along the lines of how to apply Hooponopono and the more advanced methods. I found the section on the advanced methods lacking, and that could be due to what Joe can tell outside of actually taking a SITH course. I do still recommend this as a sequel because of the golden nuggets you will find therein. Hooponopono is an AWESOME process, and I think any book that promotes and teaches it is worth a read. Jason

I like this book because it is quite practical to change. I have found many equivalents of Indian Spiritual Science too. Basically all the life changing tools are universally same. It has been a book of spiritual science. It works irrespective of our belief system. It has it’s equivalent critical theory in English. The book deals with highest philosophy of all religions put together.

I really enjoyed it. It is true that Joe rambles a lot. But I think it is his writing style. The stories, personal experiences etc. he explains helped me to better understand the method. It is very simple though. It was clear enough in the previous book. This one is just to enjoy the personal experiences Joe shares with us (that I personally find interesting) but it doesn't add much about the method itself.
