Lovely flavoured cubes which are ideal for soup making.

Excellent quality and taste when used with mushrooms in risotto, sauces stews etc. A bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.

These stock cubes are brilliant. They flavour the food so much better than other stock cubes. They arrived quickly and well packaged. I would buy from them again

Adds a good depth of porcini flavour to dishes like risotto. Good flavour. A bit more expensive but nothing I’ve found yet to compare with.

Got these first when I went to Venice - had to go back four more times just to stock up (my excuse). Mushroom risotto can be made without mushrooms if you lob a couple of these in.

Diese Pilzbrühwürfel findet man in Deutschland im Handel leider nur sehr selten. Für ein Pilzgericht siind sie aber sehr praktisch, sie verstärken den Pilzgeschmack. Als alleiniger Geschmacksgeber sind sie ungeeignet, aber als Basis zB für eine Pilzsuppe besser als eine normale Gemüsebrühe.
