E-Heelp Electric Scissor Car Jack - 3 Ton 12V with Impact Wrench & Inflator for Car, SUV, Sedan Tire Changing

After the review the seller reached out to me to make it right.....which I have never experienced before. All the stars for quality customer service.I drive an ioniq 2017 so the weight was well below the limit of this electric scissor jack. Unfortunately after a few lifts the center of the jack started to cave in and fold on itself the jack no longer goes up and down because the grooves don't align anymore. This is a serious safety hazard. Please use a backup method to support the car. I gave it two stars because it did work the first few times and it worked well. Too bad it warps easy.

It's a little bulky but it is well worth it. I purchased several of them and they were a game changer. It was so easy and convenient to use and cut thw time changing a tire by half. I would DEFINITELY recommend it

Was hoping to like this. Used this to change rotors on my sons car. Everything started out ok but and lifted the car as needed. When I went to let the car down and didn’t work. Tried to use the emergency release and did not work. Had to use another jack to get this one out from under the car.UPDATE: OK they gave me a refund after this last review and made me whole again. I really don’t like giving negative reviews and usually just chalk it up to me not doing my due diligence when I’m looking through reviews for my purchase. I may have just received a lemon on this purchase. The concept is great and it has plenty of lifting power. The product seems to be well built and heavy duty so I will just say that maybe mine not working correctly was just a rare instance . I will move my rating to 4 stars because customer service did eventually make this right. This is review is a combination of the product and customer service

Tested this out on my VW Beetle and it worked perfectly - the low clearance of 4" made it easy to properly place. The removal & replacement of the lug nuts was so easy. I used the cigarette lighter plug with no problems. Highly recomnend this electric car jack.

I purchased this compact jack for my low-profile light BMW on December 1, 2024. It performed adequately initially, but its performance noticeably deteriorated over time.8 months later, on August 31, 2025, while executing a controlled lowering of the vehicle, the jack failed catastrophically. It dropped the car abruptly, resulting in significant damage to my front bumper and the complete destruction of the jack itself.The failure appears to be due to a gradual deformation of critical components that compromised its structural integrity.I am currently contacting customer service to report this safety-critical failure. The outcome of that interaction, specifically regarding a resolution for the product failure and the collateral damage to my vehicle and equipment, will determine if I update this review.

Wow! This arrived today, so I haven't tried it, but........it appears to be very high quailty. The jack is made of heavy steel, it's painted nicely. the driver looks to be very good also. It came in a nice case with all the attachments placed neatly. It even has velcro on the bottom to keep it from sliding around in the trunk. I'm replacing the (worthless) inflator that came with my Mustang, and this looks to be what I needed.
