Installation of software requires a windows run pc or laptop.
Was not able to test the product because i was unable to install the required software on my chromeOS laptop - the seller asked me to return it. If your laptop or pc is not a windows machine - pls. Do not order this item - it will not work on your computer.

Every family needs one of this
Every family needs this analyzer to know the health status of every member in the family. It is an indicatorof each one's health status, on a periodical basis. If you have a Doctor friend, he will be able to interpret thereports more appropriately, and recommend suitable medical advices. It is easy to install and to get the reports .Its price is so very affordable for any middle class family. Every important part/system of your body iscovered in these reports.

This is very bad quality.his stick not working after 2weaks
I suggested to everyone you should not buy this product. Because I'm using this product.not working after two weeks.his stick quality is very poor.I try to contact his service centre but not responding. So if you think buy this product, i suggested to you not waste of your money.

Appreciate support and follow-up
I brought this device a week ago (9th Sept-2019) and while connecting the device, USB cable had machine detecting issue. I called support number (9414095083) and he was very co-operative and listen to my problem and identified issue with the USB cable and couriered me without no extra charges and Machine was working has expected after USB cable replacement. Thank you for your prompt service.
