Worked great for my lift chair even though the original drive unit was a different and retired model. Now the chair is working great. The difference in length of this model and my original model was only 3/8” travel. It was a great fit for my chair. Very reasonable price for the entire unit. Cheaper for me to replace entire unit than replace only drive unit. See photos with details.

This part on my husbands chair broke. We found this one and our son wss able to replace it so we don't have to buy a new chair. Works great and for him it wss easy to replace.

This actuator kit arrived in good condition with all the parts and worked as expected to repair my recliner chair. The installation was easy too. I was careful to fasten the wires in the same way as the original parts and observe the wires the first time I raised and lowered the chair to the limits to verify I left enough slack.

Thank you Amazon for next day delivery of this EXTREMELY IMPORTANT item needed to fix a "My Perfect Sleep Chair" that would no longer lift. The chair stuck in the down position created a very unsafe situation for the user. We replaced both motors/actuators (one needed to control the base, another needed to control the back.) Model 84830 was replaced with model 1.28.000.131.30. The first photo shows the old motor/actuator: it sheared completely through where the shaft joined the attachment point. New model has a metal rather than plastic component to connect it to chair, so more durable. Second picture is of the two new motors/actuators installed in the chair. My residual problem is that the new motors will not communicate with the old hand controls. The motors could plug into the relay box, but when I tried to use the old hand control to activate them, I heard only a click and no power transfer. I had to use the hand controls and the power cord provided with the new kit. So now the chair has two separate hand controls and plug ins, rather than everything being controlled by one hand control and the chair operating from a single power cord/plug in. The motors work and the chair functions, which is the most important result. But I consider it a workaround that it now needs two separate hand controls and power supplies. I have posted a question to the community about what needs to be done to remedy this: new junction box and hand control needed?

This product worked as expected. It was easy to replace. It was well worth the price and reactive a chair that did not work.

Fit perfectly. lots of cable to mount the electrics. Very quiet operation.

My mom has two powered recliners, two different brands in different rooms. Her Pride brand had an actuator which stopped working twice. Although I got it working again, I sure didn't want her to get stuck! I found this kit which listed her chair model number, and the specifications appeared to match (in particular the stroke and length of the actuator). It literally took just minutes to tip the chair on its side, remove two pins, and swap in the new actuator. My mom also likes the new controller better than her old one (which I am saving as a spare). It is very quiet and moves very smoothly. The "actuator" is the electric DC motor and screw-driven shaft which moves the chair up and down. The critical specs are the stroke length and the mounting system. This one has holes at each end of the actuator which mount using steel pins. Follow-up (July 24, 2021): I ordered this kit Dec 4, 2020. It is still working great, it is used several times each and every day. It is still just as quiet and smooth as it was six months ago.

Worked perfectly, this replaced an intermittent motor on a chair.

Der Motor konnte gut ausgetauscht werden. Hat sehr gut funktioniert. Nur der Stecker passte nicht in unsere deutsche Steckdose. Haben das alte Kabel benutzt. Der Sessel funktioniert jetzt wieder einwandfrei.

Far Far to expensive. Suggest Prospective buyers research more. As for the motor itself... works well
