Smaller than I expected. Should have checked sizing better. Would be good for child up to grade 2 maybe, but not over.

Bought this for my 5 year old Granddaughter who was born with D.S.. She loves everything Moana! This backpack is high quality for a character backpack! Not made with the crunchy plastic most character backpacks are made with. Very well constructed, with strong zipper and strong material. Very large central storage compartment and roomy additional outer compartment. Not overly large for a little 30-pound 5-year-old to carry with it full of clothing, boots, papers, etc. Love, love, love this!

I thought it was going to be a big bag but it was actually small (smaller than the regular school bags) and just the right size for a toddler to take for pre-school/daycare. It also fits all of her stuff that is needed and it's super cute (she loved it, mostly because of moana).
