My family and I used this on our trip to Turkey. The product appeared as described in the photos. It was compact and easy to travel with, but I would point out that it is bulkier than others on the market. It has the advantage of working in various regions. It functioned well and we were able to charge our phones and computers using this product. I didn't note any specific problems with the product. I'm not sure where it was manufactured, but in general I do prefer American-made products.

I love that's it's versatile, REALLY inexpensive, and most importantly it ultimately just WORKS, which is all that matters when you're traveling abroad with all these other issues. It's helped me keep my laptop, cell phone, and other accessories in business. This is NOT a complaint because this couldn't be cheaper, but buyer should keep in mind that it's a light plastic item and heavier charging equipment can weigh it down, necessitating some "propping" to keep everything in the socket.

The adapter is very useful. It connects from most countries back to my own, US, power supply. It also has handy USB ports to save you needing to need a 2nd adapter to plug into. All retracts back into a small cube. Very versatile. Its main drawback is its durability. There’s a retractable part on the UK adapter that now, after 9 months of use & only a few days in the UK, gets jammed for me. So o need a different adapter for my next trip to those regions. Oh, also it does not work for Brazil. So “All” in one is a stretch. But most in one …

I got this for a trip to Thailand. I had not been out of the country in many years and was surprised to find that my chargers could be plugged in the wall there. Everything I brought was driven off USB chargers, so I did not need this after all. If you are going to bring something like a hair dryer, you would definitely need this sort of thing.

I have had this adapter about a month now, but have not been outside the US yet. So I have been using it with the US adapter function for this time. I bought it as I will be in Australia in September and I do travel to Europe and the United Kingdom. I was really impressed viewing it online with the four USB ports for use in US,EU,AU and UK all in one neat package and the price was certainly attractive! I made sure all four USB ports function as they should, as a test before going to AU. The buttons to engage the male plugs for each country are nicely marked and identifiable. An additional handy feature is the replaceable fuse to protect the unit if necessary. I have no doubt it will function just as well in AU and the other countries. I am Really pleased and impressed with this product! I have been recommending to it to my friends and relatives.This is one compact and attractive looking device that is well built!

Bought it for the Israel trip, and it stopped working one week into the travel. When plugged into the Israel outlet, it would work for 5 seconds then the red light went off. Came after the 3 weeks travel and found it works fine in US, but I have no way to prove if it still works in Israel outlet that is 220v. Like the concept but the quality is poor. Update on 7/15/2023, switch to 5 stars: The customer service reached out to offer full refund. I have used the refund to buy it again because I do love the product concept. Guess I was just the unlucky one who received a defected product at a 1 out of thousands chance.

It did not have all the function that I needed.
