This gorgeous book, which can double as an educational resource as well as a sophisticated coffee table book, is filled to the brim with gorgeous imagery and applicable tips for creating beautiful photographs. The tips throughout the book, which progress from basic to advanced, are reinforced through images that further demonstrate what is being taught. This book has been one that I've referenced many times since I purchased it and I would recommend it to anyone looking to be inspired by beautiful images. (In addition to being a gorgeous book and great resource, all proceeds from the sales are being donated to the Ronald McDonald house...really incredible of the author!)

This book is a great read for any Aspiring portrait photographer! It's beautifully done with many great pictures displaying the topic they are referencing on each page and the tips are fantastic, really helped me take my photography a step further. I also love that it has challenges to make you think and reach for better.

Easy to read and to understand. Author describes technique with a nice sample photo make a clear understanding to the reader. I would recommend this book for every one who need to capture the moment of your kids and your family with nice and beautiful photos.

I really like this book. I love the large beautiful photos and the simple and direct wording above the photos, they give you simple inspiration with out telling you how to copy the image exactly. I have been taking photos for over 10 years and sometimes I get in a rut. I just got this book at the first few pages already got the creative juices flowing. It's great for all skill levels!

I greatly enjoyed the book. While it is not a specific do this or do that or this is how to do this... it is a book that will get you to thinking, "how can I adapt this image or that image to what I am now doing?". The photos are outstanding and the work is designed to be more inspirational than to be a teaching book. But if you love outstanding photos and enjoy being inspired then you will also like this book...

Great book on lighting and other things needed to help u get great photo's done by women. Got it yesterday read it today but it's great to have for looking something up if u need it. Great photos.. This isn't like a book that has everything step by step, but gives u easy to understand help in short paragraphs. Pics always help me to understand sometimes better than reading lol..

I received this book in the mail today and was absolutely mesmerized by all the amazing artwork within. I am a professional photographer, and yet still felt incredibly inspired by all the imagery and the helpful tips and tricks to inspire me in genres where I am not as comfortable. It makes me want to get out and shoot, like right now! <3

Very beautiful book. But not what I was expecting. More of a gallery book than a instructional book
