Very tasty!
I love this product! I’ve been using it for 20 years, and now I order it here because it’s hard to find. Only thing is the price here is high. I think I used to buy it for $6-7. But maybe that’s because of inflation. Ugh.

Delicious unique blend
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I use this unique blend of spices mainly to pre-season fish. It is a great blend that enhances foods without dominating them. A little goes a long way. I use salt in addition.

A family favorite
Absolutely love this spice. Makes a great sauce or just added to ramen. It’s a little pricey for the size but we’re totally addicted.

I still love this
Four years ago I was gifted a bottle of this stuff, it likely came from a discount store like Home Goods or TJ Maxx. It stayed in the back of my cupboard for years until fell head over heels for curries. That prior bottle was super. It was spicy enough for folks from the south but complex enough for a crowd from New York. I even made Thai green curry chicken for two middle schoolers who loved it! So that bottle is long gone. I read the reviews and was concerned that the new blend did not have the 'magic' the old blend did as another poster commented. For me the secret to spices is heat and time. Before I cook with most spices I fry them in a little bit of oil. Heat the oil, add the spices, turn the heat down, let them roast in the pan. Add your meats, sear them. Add any veggies, sear or blister them. Add your coconut milk bring it to a boil for a minute. Reduce heat to a simmer and let everything come together. If you are using fatty meats you can let it simmer for a long time. I did this tonight with ingredients that were not special by any means. I bought the package of pulled rotisserie breast chicken from Costco and used green beans from my garden which I had previously frozen, and a can of coconut milk. It was delicious. Has the product lost its magic, no. Is it different than it used to be, yes. Different isn't always worse. If I could buy this by the pound I would. <3

Good blend
I was looking for a green curry dry seasoning. My fridge is filling with too many condiments. Anyways, found this blend. It has some other herbs mixed in such as lemongrass. Last night I made a shrimp green curry, still added my own lemon grass/ginger etc and about 3-4 tbsp of this seasoning. It was amazing! I will totally buy again, do I wish it was cheaper, yes, do I wish it was offered in larger amounts at a cheaper rate? Yes I’d buy.

Great flavor!
It takes my cooking to the next level! Makes everything taste great! The Green Thai is my favorite! A bit pricey here, though. I can often find this at Ross or Marshall’s for $4-5.

Great flavor but pricey!
Thai Green Curry is my FAVORITE spice blend from this company. I love the combination of flavors and like to put it on baked bone in/skin on chicken thighs. Delish! However, I do use it more sparingly than I would like due to the price. I have seen it on the company's website for $8.99 if you purchase 5 bottles (any variety) + shipping AND the first time I stumbled upon it was at Marshall's in the gourmet foods aisle for $4.99. What a steal! I've not seen it there since...darn it! I'd like to see the Amazon price dropped to $10.00. That would be a fair price I think and people would be more likely to buy more bottles & more often. Just my 2 cents!😜
