Good product and great customer service!
We have drop ceilings in the basement and did a recent renovation. The painted frame and new tiles made all the difference, plus the thicker tiles are less likely to sag. The seller also provided great customer service when a couple of the tiles were damaged during shipping. All around good experience!

PERFECT!
I needed to replace some tiles in a home I am renting. These arrived early, they were packaged beautifully and are good quality. I easily popped them in and they look great!

Arrived damaged...
I have no problem with the product but I would suggest getting it in person. The product arrived in a much larger box with nothing to cushion it. Funny enough one tile damaged, like it was impaled by something, but there was no sign of damage to the outer box. So it moved around a lot OR was damaged before delivery. I would suggest buying it from a store in person so you can examine it before paying for it AND making sure it got to your home without being damaged or roughly handled. Also came with instructions which were badly copied - who knows how many times. Suggest watching a DIY video off the net.
