This picture is as image but you can get 20 kit kat chocolate! While the modern dagashi was developed after World War 2, dagashi has been around since the Edo period (1603-1868), though the region of origin is unknown. "Dagashi", made from starch or corn, was the commoner equivalent of the more expensive "jōgashi", which was higher quality and made from white sugar. Modern dagashi experienced its greatest popularity from the 1950s to the early 1980s in Japan when dagashiyas were common and a staple after-school hangout spot for younger students. However, in the early to mid- 1980s, dagashiya stores began to diversify their products or were replaced by convenience stores. As of 2016, dagashi can still be found in the occasional dagashiya or ordered online. Culture expos in Japan (especially for schools) sometimes include dagashi and dagashiya displays. Perfect gift
My son loved this for his birthday. He loves kit kats. This was a great treat to add to his lunches for a week. They are small like halloween candy size. Some of the flavors were a huge hit with my kids some of the flavors didn't really taste like anything. But it was fun to hear about their lunches and what they thought of the flavor they got for the day.

Family fun night
A fun activity to taste-test the different flavors.

Fun but there a catch.
The package I received had the correct number of kit Kats but in the package I received my issue was with the variety. some of them were repeating flavors with different packaging. I was really hoping that I would get some of the flavors in the product description picture but the ones I really wanted I did not get. The chocolates were in good condition and fresh.

Deceptive Item. Beware. BITE SIZE
Nowhere in the listing does it say BITE SIZE which is VERY DECEPTIVE because in the sale photos these look like full size KIT KAT bars. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH $20, save your money.

Kit Kats Japanese flavors
They are smaller than they appear in the picture. None were melted thank goodness. I wish they'd give a description of the flavors but other than that they were good 😊

A l'ouverture on a vu qu'ils avaient partiellement fondu puis s'étaient resolidifiés. J'ajoute qu'ils sont vraiment très petits. Bref je déconseille.
