Good, but...
I was on a desperate search for a dvd case that would work for a rear-facing child in a car. The pictures of the Case Logic and other brands seemed to be set up to drape between the two front seats, or to sit flat. I needed something that could hang off a captain's chair headrest, which means that the screen would have to be angled down. I had a hard time identifying one online that I thought would work. This one was on sale so I thought I'd give it a shot.I gave this four stars because it is a good product for what it is supposed to do. When I bought this, I assumed all cases came with some type of apparatus to attach it to a car headrest. But, this does not have that. However, it does actually claim just to be a carrying case so it is my mistake. The only annoyance with it is that while the case is open, and the screen up, there is nothing holding it in the case. The velcro straps go around from top to bottom (to secure it while the screen is down), but not left to right. It would be helpful to have this since this will be on my son's lap while he's riding in the car. I do worry that he'll jerk around or if we have a quick stop, that the dvd player will pop out. I don't think it will happen, but wish there was another strap. It is well padded and secure, and contains a pocket on the front and back. There is plenty of room for a power cord, car power cord, remote control, and av cords. That fits all in one pocket, so you could easily put at least two dvd's in cases in the other pocket, or several without the cases.I would not pay twenty for a case without a car attachment, but I got it for about half that so it was well worth that money. My son is old enough for the dvd to sit on his lap, so he can use this one and I'll just be giving his case (which does attach to the headrest) to my daughter. So, everything worked out and I'm happy with the purchase.

A must have for your Panasonic Portable DVD Player
You really need to buy one of these if you own a Panasonic Portable DVD Player so you don't damage the player. The players are well-built but they are inherently fragile to bouncing around, drops etc. The case is better than average quality and good looking. It fits the player perfectly and has better padding than many similar cases. There is ample room for the power supply, AV cables and a few disks, especially if you put them in paper sleeves or something smaller than a typical dvd case. TIP: Keep one DVD in the player when traveling to save storage space. I checked many sources and it's an excellent value at the price Amazon is offering.

Nah...
Too light weight and cheaply made, did not fit the Sony 9" DVD player that I bought it for.
