Can't get enough of these!
If you watching your weight and want to go low carb, these noodles are perfect and very versatile. You can add any flavors to create soups, stir fries, pasta dishes, pad Thai, etc. Must be drained fully. After following package super easy instructions, I advice to put on a heated dried pan to really evaporate all the water. Try these!!!!!

Good healthy alternative
Texture is not the same, but it’s still versatile and can use it the exact same way as you would rice noodles. If looking for a healthy alternative, this is about 80% satisfactory. Much better than most other substitutes.

Great to blend with other noodles such as ramen to save on calorie density
Love to mix this 8n with lotus ramen to cut on calories. Can hardly tell the difference when you combine the two.

Carb junkie here.....
I love my carbs but they don't love me. I can eat a 1/2 cup of brown rice and gain weight. I remember something similar to these when I was growing up and decided to try them. I must admit that they have a stinky fish smell to them when you open the bag but if put them in a colander and run luke warm water over them and shake them around with your fingers for a minute or two. the smelI isn't as noticeable. I microwave them in a bowl of water for 2-3 minutes and them add them to my stir fry or sukiyaki. Going to try spaghetti sauce on them the next time.
