EDIT: 06/04/19 After trying this product right before workouts for approximately 2-3 days, the claims as stated in the manufacturer literature are agreeable as my physical activity is swimming six days per week felt like a breakthrough. During the exercise the feeling of less fatigue while sprinting, stronger stroke, and less tired post workout were all noticeable. Seriously one of the many products in our tool box that is going to be ordered monthly now. I'm in no way sponsored by OSL nor do I have stock or anything else. I did NOT receive this product to conduct a review. I'm writing this because right now in life with school, work, and everything else there just isn't much sleep as people's lives depend on what we do so Thank God OSL continues to innovate and produce high quality products that are definitely needed along with welcomed. As someone who’s been a supporter of OSL products since 2016 we are proud to say it’s the only supplement line used for our entire family needs of helping throughout the pre, during, and post-recovery workout stages. This product is definitely exciting as our family has developed our own Keto guidelines that work efficiently for our bodies by incorporating modifications to maintain our cold press juicing starting almost five years ago to which we thank God in that collectively it’s agreeable that we feel better as evidenced by lab work, perform better in workouts along with careers, and have cut plenty of weight from the waste line. Currently I know with current stressors from work, school, injures, and everything else in between that I’m at a plateau in some workout stamina in addition to weight loss. Reading up on OSLs new products which state it can help remedy this situation was good enough for me to order it right away as I drink OSL’s original pre workout everyday before each session or just sip on it all day while at work as my shifts are 10 hour per days total of four per week along with hours of homework so the extended caffeine is required. Received the supplement early today on June 1st, 2019 and after trying the first cup it’s easy to say that this will be included into our monthly buy list. The taste of OSL RK pre workout is pleasant in that with the flavor being listed as green apple was initially concerning. Mind you I swam early in the morning so this was to just assess the flavor in addition to texture. I will update after some time regarding specifics to performance and stamina during workout so I’ll leave it at this for now. Thanks OSL for all you guys do and when everyone asks what products I use it’s always going to be OSL along with their entire product line that is being recommended to those searching for something better in supplemental needs as the results speak for themselves.

I ran out of my Old School Labs pre-workout so I decided to repurchase and to my surprise, it was unavailable for purchase. After searching, I found that this product seemed to be new, with a cool look and flavor, and now with the direct label of "Keto." I am on the Keto diet and I loved the other Old School Labs pre-workout, therefore I decided to try this product. With that being said, I am very disappointed. 1) TASTE: The minute you open the container, you get a candy sour apple smell. However, when you drink it, it is just a hint of that flavor that you get. The flavor is not potent, it is sort of like an essence and then it disappears. It is like being teased and then having that flavor taken away. I personally enjoy having a semi-strong flavor so that I enjoy what I'm drinking, and I was especially expecting that from a "Sour Apple" flavor. 2) EFFECTIVENESS: I workout 5 days a week and drink pre-workout every time I do so. With the other formula, I could do half a scoop and be ready for a great workout. With this, I need a full scoop (which is very small by the way) to even feel what I used to feel before. I get more energy from a BANG Energy Drink, to be honest. 3) AMOUNT/VALUE: For the price, at almost $40, the container is quiet small and the scoop even smaller. I would not mind the price if the quality was worth-it, but it is not. The ONLY good thing I have found is that it does not have the grit that the other formula had, this powder is very smooth and doesnt leave any grainy residue at the bottom. Mixes very well and is easy to drink, if you like a bland "sour" apple flavor. I am fairly disappointed with this product, as I am a big-time Old School Labs fan and this product is just not it for me. Really wish they would bring the old formula back, but until then I will try other products in the market. This review is just based off my preferences, but it seems like more quality went into the outside packaging, than the inside product. UPDATE 8-27-19: I am changing my rating to 3 stars, because the customer service this company carries is impeccable and extremely caring. Alongside that, the review was solely based off my personal preferences which could obviously be different for others.

Stacked the Real Keto Preworkout and the Real Keto fat burner. I love the preworkout. It keeps me from hitting that wall towards the end of my workout, letting me workout with much more intensity all the way to the end. The fat burner seems to work well too. I dont get jittery, like some other fat burners do. As well, in the past using other fat burners, I noticed weight loss, but more in muscle than in fat. The real keto fat burner has done exactly what it is supposed to do however, helping shed fat a little faster while in keto, but never at the expense of muscle tissue

good sustained energy. not the best tasting pre workout ive ever had. Ive tried a lot of pre workouts. Since starting my keto diet I havent been getting the best results from my preworkouts with the exception of this one.

I live about 10 minutes from my gym, so I drink it on the way to the gym. I do a 10 min warmup before lifting. By the time I am through warming up, RKL is kicking in. It gives me that extra energy I need to get through my workout, especially leg day. I don't get the jitters and the taste is good. The ingredients are clean, which is a big plus

For this review I finished an entire canister (20 servings). Maybe in an alternate world where Vintage Blast didn’t exist, this product might be viewed as tasting better. The taste although not disgusting like Vintage Brawn, it’s also not good either. Positives - No jitters, stomach issues or sleep issues. Negatives - Cost, I don’t feel an energy boost at all, and the taste.
