I’ve noticed a trend in supplement labels. These are 1000 mg per tablet, which is what I wanted. I have compared them to other supplements that, at first glance, seem to be a better price. Looking closer at the labels, however, I noticed that other products will say 1000 mg “per serving,” which typically is two tablets. So the actual amount of the supplement is half of what is in these. These seem to be beneficial, and the price is excellent given the actual content per tablet.

I started taking this on my doctor’s recommendation to support healthy liver function. The capsules are easy to swallow and seem to be good quality, like other NOW Foods supplements I’ve used. Happy with the purchase so far. I will update after retesting.
