Plastic, Sew-in Style Belt Clip (Si-120) (2 pieces)

I was kind of skeptical on how this would be "sew-in" since it's solid plastic. After I got it I was even more skeptical since it feels very sturdy and stiff. I put it in the sewing machine expecting the worst but low and behold, the needle went through it like butter. I will probably order more wince they are so cheap and have many applications. I wasn't able to sew every contour due to my machines feet and layout but it's strong enough that it will stay in place with a few stitches on each side.

I have used these sew in belt clips multiple times now to make scissor holsters for myself and fellow employees. These clips are well made, and sturdy, and I have had absolutely no problems with breakage, or fatigue. The thin area of these clips can be sewn through with a standard at home sewing machine (I use a Janome DC5100). The only problem I have is that the screw post that holds the shaft of the sewing foot on will hit the inner part of the buckle towards the highest part.

This product is indeed sew-able, but not by machine. It would be much appreciated if these had come with directions of any kind. It would have been especially helpful if the directions had included how to sew using a standard home sewing machine. We ended up sewing them by hand. I wouldn't purchase them again.
