Very neat product for an affordable price. Dancing Bear intentionally limits their efforts in package to reduce costs, and therefore the price to you. They also provide a letter of authenticity, though after doing some research I was confident in their claims and didn't really need a card to convince me. I did have one issue, which Dancing Bear remedy immediately for me. The package looked like someone had torn it open and re-taped it shut. There were unfortunately no meteorites. I emailed Dancing Bear and within an hour they had gotten back to me. They took my address and ship a replacement at no cost directly to me. I received it a few days later and am happy with my purchase. The product is exactly as shown in the product images.

I've been a big fan of meteors and meteorites since I was a child. Space and rocks were two huge interests of mine, so space rocks were the best of both worlds. When I saw this listing, I was super excited, and I have to say I was not disappointed! These meteorites are so cool! They are small, but that works best for me. Plus, since they're mostly iron, they are attracted to magnetic hematite, which I just got from another kit this company sells. I can now place my five little meteorites on the hematite and make an ever changing meteorite rock! I also love to look at the little details with the magnet box! (Just saying, you don't get the hematite in this order; I got mine from a different kit Dancing Bear offers. Just saying, I'm not a rock expert, though, so be careful! I don't know if this damages the meteorite long term or not. I wouldn't think so, but who knows? I mostly want these for display, so I don't mind too much if they're not perfect.)

I purchased this meteorite to use pieces of it in custom "glowstone" rings I made for myself and my partner. I knew it would be tricky given a meteorite's composition to break off bits small enough to fit in the channels in our ring blanks, but it was much trickier than I ever even imagined. However, a pair of strong snippers did the trick, and the end result looks really great in jewellery. I'm not sure that I'd recommend others try to break these into smaller bits without better equipment than I had, but for bigger applications than rings, these are great! They arrive exactly as promised and it is an impressive amount of such a rare material. Very, very cool for the "space cases" & science nerds in your life.

I’d first like to add that I’m using these in resin. I think these are really cool. The size is a tad small, in the photo some are the size of the dime or almost an inch. The ones in my photo were pretty small, biggest being about dime size but the rest were smaller , they were all able to fit flat in the little 1inch box. If I wasn’t using these in a resin piece I’d be a bit disappointed if I wanted to just display them on a shelf. They’re still cool but the size was just so small even my camera on my iPhone11 was having a bit of trouble focusing on them, they could’ve thrown one in that was at least almost an inch big

My grandson absolutely loved this!! This is my second time to buy them!

I have grandchildren who have really taken interest in crystals, minerals, meteorites and things of that sort. This product is a fine gift option to encourage this type of activity for the ones I love.

Beautiful stones, but unfortunately I ordered similar ones from Califano, which is proud of its family roots!!! Showing off is free!!! Then after 10 days, I received a message that they could not deliver orders. It seems that a person must be careful about the credibility of the source from which he orders goods, so as not to waste his time in vain, and not to feel embarrassed with those he loves, especially when it comes to gifts.
