Works perfect. Takes up very little room and stays securely attached to the table. For the price it is well worth it.

Just the thing I needed. Most of my usb cord aren’t that long enough, and it also helps out with some cable management issues that I needed to fix great product no issues works extremely well. Plug and play no drivers needed. Now I have extra USB slots if I need in the future as well

Additionally, various sized screw lengths and the ability to adjust the height of the screw would significantly improve its compatibility and versatility.The hub's blue power LED presents a visual distraction, as it emanates from the USB ports—a clear oversight. Ideally, this lighting should be discreet and functional without impacting the device's aesthetic. A redesign to confine the illumination would enhance the hub's sleek appearance.In terms of connectivity, the hub's reliance on USB Type-A and Micro USB feels a step behind in the era of USB Type-C's dominance. The absence of Type-C ports limits its utility for newer devices. Further, the decision to exclude a power cable in some models may be a significant inconvenience for some users, and the hub's failure to support the latest USB standards could deter those seeking top-tier performance.Taking all these factors into account, this hub is a solid choice for those looking for USB 3.0 speeds and a clutter-free desk, but it may not satisfy those in need of the latest connectivity options or with plans to mount on wider surfaces.That said, I find myself quite satisfied with the ORICO USB 3.0 Hub and have made the decision to retain it as a part of my tech ensemble. Nonetheless, my quest for an ideal hub that addresses the current model's minor flaws while maintaining its strengths shall continue.

I like that I can place it on my desk with the clamping mechanism so I set this up on the back part of my desk and since my desk it black, it blends in perfectly and sometimes I forget it’s even there. Great little device to have extra usb ports and have no issues with connectivity. It feels really durable too.

I use my Macbook Pro to import digital image via XQD reader to an external hard drive and then process via Lightroom and export to a second external hard drive. My laptop only has two usb ports and one of them is taken by a Bluetooth dongle for a mouse. Few things are as frustrating as getting the message that your drive, while you are in the middle of using it, was improperly ejected, due to an unsteady connection through a sloppy USB hubr, requiring me to wait 30 minutes for my Mac to test and reload the drive. I keep this hub clamped to a bookshelve next to my reclining chair and can comforatbly and confidently work with all the peripherals I need connected with no fear of mishap. The hub stays put and the usb connections are tight. Very good fit and finish. My only regret is that it is not externally powered as I suspect that sometimes my laptop is not supplying adequate power to run three drives at once.

What I really like about this is being able to clamp it somewhere out of the way. I put one on the bottom of a monitor and another on a vertical divider on my workstation.
