Excellent! Great value for money, easy to use and put on. Used this weekend whilst walking over a sheet of ice and no slip whatsoever! Excellent and essential for winter hiking.

Great addition to winter walks with icy conditions. Regularly used in Scottish winter hillwalking. Tougher than the Yaktrax equivalent I had a few years ago. (Although nowhere near as robust as proper crampons.) Simple to put on and take off. Flexible sizing but NB Sizing is important as if they are too loose they tend to move around underfoot. Very effective on solid ice/hard snow/frozen turf. Not effective on very steep terrain where you can’t get your whole boot (or at least the whole ball of your foot) flat on the surface. Don’t use on rocky ground as 1) no grip! 2) will blunt the spikes and 3) much more likely to break. Disclaimer: It goes without saying - for steeper/more remote terrain make sure you have a plan B eg ice axe in case of crampon failure.

These are pretty decent microspikes ( I had a branded kit before but lost them while post-holing) what I did like about this model was the simple overlay strap that grips the microspikes, and as a result,t they stay on your shoes and don't fall off. overall, pretty decent pair- I was happy with my purchase

Never used spikes before but started hiking all year round. Tried these for the first time in a very snowy/icy lake district. So impressed, they are very easy to put on, no issues with fit and straps are fine. Work amazingly well footing felt so safe and secure and wore these for 5 hours in very snowy/icy conditions. Very impressed!

Seem to be well made and durable. Have yet to test them. The strap for these appears to be rather short but you do have to tighten the strap hard and pull the rubber up around the side of your boots to get the strap to close. I’ve since seen some other crampons which provided clarity on the use of the strap. See my pictures on how it should be fitted. Doesn’t need to be very tight just firm to hold crampons in place. We intend to use these on our Norwegian trip in February

Felt like a great product and they do the job but unfortunately the chains on one of mines snapped, wouldn’t have expected this after a month of having them. Have only used them about 3 times and not for much distance

Came the next day. First time on. Done the job. Black ice. Staying mobile for mother not being able to get out. And walking in the park and woods with the dog. Which had loads of black ice. What a dream. No more fear. Hope they last a while. A wee bag to go with it to store

Des crampons très abordables et de très bonne qualité. Cela m’a été d’une grande utilité pour le tour du mont-blanc lorsque par moment des plaques de glaces et neiges étaient présentes.

Los usamos para nuestro viaje a Islandia en invierno, y no puede ser mejor invento. Son perfectos porque se ponen super fácil en las botas de montañan y se agarran muy bien. Además los pinchos de metal son lo suficientemente altos para no resbalarte por ningún lado ni hundirte. Sin duda mi recomendación máxima, comprarlos aquí

Ordered XL, whatever they sent is way too small for any adult foot. Far too late to get a replacement now as we leave for the trip tomorrow. Useless, asking for a refund

Consiglio assolutamente l’acquisto di questo prodotto, specialmente adesso che lo danno in offerta. PRO: confezionamento impeccabile, al cui interno si trovano i ramponcini, sacca comodissima per il trasporto e manuale di istruzioni multilingue. Prodotto molto robusto e di facile installazione: si perdono circa due minuti e qualcosa per installarli su entrambe le scarpe. Le taglie dell’inserzione indirizzano bene alla scelta della misura (per il 45 di piede ho preso la XL, ottima su tutti e tre tipi di scarponi da trekking che posseggo). Il grip sul terreno/ghiaccio perfetto: la ricca dentatura consente una buona stabilità. Il prezzo, più che conveniente. CONTRO: non trovo punti a sfavore per ciò che riguarda quelle che sono le mie esigenze, pertanto mi ritengo molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto
