I like the large size and that it is flat. I have had a problem with my sciatic nerve in my lower back and this has been perfect for me. I have been using a hot pad and also this ice pack to relieve the pain and to heal the area. This ice pack has been very comfortable to relax in the chair with because of it's size and because it is so flat.

Bought this for my husband who needs size 2XL. It’s very adjustable, and can be used by a smaller person, like myself, too. It has two sets of Velcro straps, which make it fit any shape body and in any position on the body. The pocket for the reusable heat/ice pack is perfectly sized, and velcros shut when not in use. Having a strap on ice-pack helps someone who is hurting move about, sit in a chair, etc. A little more than I wanted to spend, but I think it’s worth it.

The outer bag isn't strong enough to get good heat. My other gel pack could take 2 min micro and lasted a long time before unusable. This gel pack self terminated at first exposure to 2 min. I min and 30 sec isn't enough time to get good heat for relief required.

I folded the edge so that it fit the pocket better.

A bit big. But I use it in my lower back.
