Wheels and axles worked perfect for our potato races we did. Quality of each wheel and axle was consistent and pricing was fair. I would recommend being a little careful if you have to remove a wheel from the axle. Rotate it as you pull verse just pulling. We had 2 wheels break when we just pulled. The rotating helped them come off the axle much easier.

Have made many cars with a large variety of kids and they have maintained through some rough use. Very easy to use. Simple to cut the rods to fit car size. Have had a couple wheels break at the point of rod insertion, but this was due to a younger child not lining up the rod correctly and then trying to force it in with a hammer. Wheels roll great on carpet or hard floors. Also role on dirt driveway without big rocks.

They work great did not come with the right amount of axles but was able to get the project done that I needed. I would have gave five stars but there is not enough axels to use all the wheels.

These are a great product for the price. My students have used these for several years and they are still going strong! One word of caution though, don't force the wheels on too hard-they are difficult to get off. Medium pressure works best.

Very good for the project I am working. Pretty good buy.

We bought 2 packages of these to build some wooden Snail Racers for a birthday party. The kids were able to paint and decorate their snails and we raced them later in the party. These wheels were just the ticket. they were quick and easy to put on but sturdy enough to hold up to a group of kids. All of the cars ran straight so the axles did not bend either. All in all, well worth it for our needs.
