This is Brilliant!
I don’t usually get excited over chore-related products, but I love this one. Oxo has put a lot of thought into this brush. As a person with dexterity issues, I’m always on the lookout for things that make my life easier. The brush feels good in my hand, and it is easy to maintain a firm grip, even when the handle is wet. The brush is easy to fill. The flip top tip of any dish detergent lid fits perfectly in the end of the handle, which makes it perfect for easy filling. Even full, it’s not heavy. It works really well in narrow things (I have Iron Flask 2.0 16 ounce coffee mugs, and it fits perfectly in the tapered base). The bristles are sturdy but they don’t scratch. And the brush holder base is such a great idea. It sits perfectly on my sink, and when I put the wet brush in it, there’s no dripping on my sink or counter. The base is easy to drain and clean. This is one of my favorite Amazon purchases.

Some Items Are an Absolute Must-Have For The Kitchen - This is One of Them
Sometime in the past - while I was not paying attention - my wife purchased a decent dishwashing brush for our kitchen sink. For my own odd reasons I enjoy washing dishes (even though we have an actual dishwasher), and that brush was my main tool to help me accomplish that mission - until it began to die. It was a slow death, but eventually that brush went into file 13 and eventually - I guess - the landfill. Days & weeks went by and, confusingly to me, my wife didn’t replace it. I finally had to assert my dishwashing manhood and find a replacement for that wonderful brush. After some searching and analyzing I spotted - and ordered - the OXO Good Grips Dish Brush Storage Set. Within days I had this marvelous yet simplistic tool in my hands. After using it just once or twice I concluded it was even better than the prior brush - for 2 reasons: For one, the bristles are slightly firmer; Secondly, the brush holder is a terrific addition. Not only is it a great storage location, it’s a great place for the brush to drain & dry.So if you happen to be slightly weird like me - or not - and enjoy washing dishes, then I strongly suggest you pick up one of these handy little brushes.

Best dishwashing tool
I've used the oxo dish brush for years, just having to buy one every once in a while when the old one wears out from frequent use. In my opinion, it's the best dish cleaning tool above all others. It's always been reliable, and I love that I can switch out the brush heads. And also holds the soap in well and makes dishwashing a breeze. This time I decided to purchase it with the holder, which is actually quite a nice addition. It clears up sink space and helps the brush drip dry to help prevent any bacteria or extra moisture from stagnating. I've always found it to be a great value for the price and I'm always pleased with the performance.

I really wanted to like this product.
For convenience, I like a dish brush that stores soap in the handle. I bought this dish brush because it came with a stand—Prior to this, we just used an old coffee cup to store the brush when not in use. This brush looked great and worked great right out of the box. I liked that you could see the soap level in the handle when refilling. But soon after, I became annoyed by having to store it brush end up, handle down. This requires rinsing the brush clean after EACH USE. If you don't, the suds run down and get all over the handle. But over time, I adjusted to the new routine. After about a year of use, the cap on the handle over-rotated when tight, and no longer lined up with the rest of the handle. A day or two later, I found all the soap had leaked out, filled the holder, and overflowed on the counter. I suspect the cap may have split like so many others have reported, so I will be contacting OXO to see what they can do. In summary, a note to OXO: (1) Redesign the holder to store with the brush down, handle up, and (2) Make the brush handle more durable so that it lasts more than a year before leaking. Otherwise, I will be going back to a simple $3 brush with a separate bottle of dishwashing liquid.

Perfect every pot cleaning solution
I've been using the OXO brushes for a while. I first purchased one at my local Bullseye store and used it regularly for several years. In the first models they used to fill at the same button you press to release the dishsoap. This added extra wear on the brush and over regular use the button no longer held soap/air to release the soap. They have fixed that in this model. You now unscrew the back and fill the soap in the back of the brush which I'm hoping keeps this little brush scrubbing for many years. This brush has economical replacement heads. $4.99 as an add on item here on Amazonhttp://www.amazon.com/OXO-Grips-Dispensing-Refills-2-Pack/dp/B000CCBEKG/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1452007274&sr=8-4&keywords=oxo+dish+washing+brushThe beauty of the replacement heads is that the flat little plastic (no scratching) scraper on the tip gets replaced along with the used bristles. Changing these is as simple as sliding the head forward and slipping a new one into place. This model also comes with a standing drip holder. I wasn't sure how the holder worked while looking at the pictures. We used to keep the brush tilted against the side of the sink, but it gets in the way. The holder is just a small plastic container that holds the handle in place and it works very well at keeping all drips contained, even if you just washed a pan and the bristles are dripping. We now keep the holder on our counter and love that the brush is out of the way.Shipping was extremely quick thanks to Amazon! This is a great brush and I'd highly recommend.
