Surprised at how comfortable it was to sleep with. I have a bulging disc and knee pain from a bad IT Band. I also gave a tendency to half twist on to my front when sleeping. This has been incredibly helpful at keeping by hips and back stable and reducing the pain. Was easy to adjust to because the sheer relief allowed me to go to sleep quickly and not wake up for 9 hours! Somehow I managed to turn over without losing it as well. Nice soft removable cover. I have this by my bed for whenever I have leg and hip pain. It's the perfect size and works well, staying put all night and without any straps to keep it in place. It keeps it's shape and stays reasonably cool. It also has a removable cover for washing. I've had mine a while and it still looks good and does the job. I bought one my daughter one too.

got this to help with hip pain i have while sleeping, but due to a disability ive always needed a knee pillow. tried this in hopes of it helping and honestly just made the knee pain worse for me, having it at my knees was too thin, having further up in my thighs just made my knees feel like they where over flexing to the sides. never helped my hip. Luckily works suprisingly well for when i need to stretch my leg out and can just rest my knee on top of it.
