Can you connect black liquide ball lock attachment or is this just for gas grey connect?

That one is for Gas only. You can tell by the notches at the base of the hex corners. If you try to put a black liquid ball lock on a gas stem, it will get stuck, leak and be hard to remove without damaging the black ball lock. There is a liquid stem version of this that you can buy (no notches around the hex base).
