First rate, very easy to assemble, perfect joints and cut outs looks fantastic and has revitalised our garden with lots of very positive comments from friends and neighbours. Deserves 11 out of 10

Great service, great contact, easy assemble instructions sent via email the day before delivery. Good quality wood and very few individual pieces. There is one superhero in the reviews who said they did it themselves but we had 4 just to help stabilise the structure until the rafters were secure on top. All the screws come with it. We had to hand wrench the screws for the rafters into each other, the drill wasn't powerful enough for the size of the screw. Ours is completely free standing and we've had some huge winds today and it hasn't moved! Size, price, quality, service, delivery all 5 stars.

Robust construction. Erecting plan sent by email. Strong heavy support posts. Pre-drilled timbers. Good quality screws and fixings. (Would have scored five stars but they only delivered four of the six posts I ordered. After contacting Arbor Garden Supplies by email the other two posts were delivered within days.)

Good quality wood ‘ came within dates given not erected as yet , Instructions that are sent to you are very very faint that needs improving.

The pictures here don't do this product justice. We had ours delivered yesterday and whilst my wife was at work we built it. When she arrived home she was speechless(that's a first) at how stunning this thing is,she's been wanting one for years and I think we've found the best one and I have one very happy wife. The build was straight forward and took about a leisurely 2 hrs following the instructions sent via email. If you are hesitating then don't,you wont regret it.

Wow the quality of this is great. Fits together well and was easy. I purchased one a little bigger then needed so I got the correct width between the posts and had to cut off the excess. Did the job all on my own but would recommend another pair of hands to help. One of the best products I have purchased off Amazon.

Very well made good timber took around two hours to put together good communication from seller and delivery driver very helpful you are supplied with all screws and bolts although I would recommend adding an extra screw to all diagonal supports as these only come with one screwhole and tend to become loose when you put the pergola into it's final position after building. All in I'm very happy with this product and would recommend
