I’ve dealt with persistent pimples on my cheekbones for over 10 years—they never completely went away no matter what I tried. I was honestly nervous to try AcneFreeTerminator because I had a terrible reaction to Proactiv in the past, which contains benzoyl peroxide. I started very cautiously, using only a tiny amount (literally the size of a chia seed) on a cotton swab for spot treatment. I did experience some mild irritation and redness around the application area, which I expected given my sensitivity and previous reaction. However, I’m already seeing results after just TWO DAYS! I received this product two days ago and have been using it twice daily—once after my morning shower and once at night. Despite the minor irritation, I’m thrilled with how quickly it’s working. If you have sensitive skin like me, I’d recommend starting with a very small amount to test your tolerance. But even with the slight redness, the results are worth it for me. I’m hopeful this will finally be the solution I’ve been searching for all these years!

I usually don’t write Amazon reviews unless a product is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad and this one is definitely very good. It worked almost immediately; I needed no more than 4 applications which I can image is the range for normal to moderate acne. That said, it can be drying, so if you have sensitive skin like I do, I recommend applying it over a moisturizer. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Honestly, just try it. I’ve also noticed far fewer random breakouts since I started using it.

I have struggled with acne since I was very young, and luckily over the years it has gotten more manageable. These days instead of a full break out, I get a few mean spots of a large agitated pimple here and there. When I get these large pimples, I turn to the AcneFree Terminator. Especially on my chin, I get a reoccurring large pimple about the size of a pencil eraser head. Whenever it returns I use this every morning until it subsides, and usually after 3 days it is difficult to notice or completely gone depending on how bad the pimple flare up is. I have used this for a few months now, and even again this morning. When I run out I will be buying more. I have had great luck with just this one item, and daily face washing. I was concerned I would need to buy a full 3 step expensive process for my skin but am very satisfied with just this product alone. It has helped managed these PCOS pimples.

Ordered this before I saw the reviews and was a bit hesitant, thinking it might be too strong for me. I decided to test it on a few of the bigger pimples on my face first. After reading some advice from other reviewers, I applied my usual moisturizer after washing my face, then used a cotton bud to apply a thin layer just enough to cover the pimples. I felt a slight tingling sensation, but no discomfort afterwards. After 5-7 days of repeating the same routine, my big pimples that were painful are still there, but less bumpy and less irritated. Compared to the smaller ones that healed faster and almost flat. Since it’s my first time using this product, I’m applying it to only a few pimples at a time to make sure my skin reacts well, but so far, I’m impressed.

It works fast follow the instructions but something I wish I knew is it can make your face extremely dry and cause dead skin to peal if you use a exfoliant face wash or a face wash that also has a high percentage of Benzoyl Peroxide in it although this has happened to me because my face wash also has 10% Benzoyl Peroxide the results are great and fast acting either way I used it 2x yesterday after washing my face with my regular face wash for oily skin and yesterday’s pimples are gone today no extra dry skin follow the instructions do not do what I did using 10% Benzoyl peroxide wash then this 10% Benzoyl peroxide cream it’s overkill if you do prepare to still have good results after a day or two of flaky dead skin and a extremely dry face

This is a solid acne spot treatment, but it’s definitely one you want to use with care. I highly recommend making sure your skin is well-hydrated before applying it. If your skin barrier is compromised or irritated, do not use this, because it can make breakouts and redness worse. It’s very drying on the areas where you apply it, so precision is key - only spot-apply directly on the blemish, not around it, to avoid unnecessary peeling or irritation. When used correctly and with proper prep, it works very effectively. I usually see regular pimples deflate within about 3-4 days, and cystic acne tends to shrink within about 1-1.5 weeks. Overall, a strong spot treatment that delivers results, as long as you use it thoughtfully and keep your skin barrier in mind. P.S. If you have sensitive skin, this product is not your friend; it's a pretty harsh treatment

This is the only product other than moisturizers that I use to help my acne and it works SO WELL. Sometimes it will dry up my face in certain areas but lotion fixes that right away. Obviously this is not a problem solver for acne from not eating well and not exercising, but for hormonal acne, this is the stuff! Also, the low price! Amazing! No need for that expensive acne treatment you've been wanting but can't afford. Buy this!

This is the best shot treatment I've ever used! It works quick and gets rid of everything. Although it does dry the skin out, adding a moisturized does balance out the problem .
