Pleasantly surprised at how good these were
Bought these for a dinner party where I needed gluten free pasta in a casserole. This casserole is an old family favorite that we've made for decades, so I was curious to see how these noodles would fare compared to my standard egg noodles. The noodles cooked up very nicely. They were al dente, not mushy, with good flavor. I did adjust the sauce to pasta ratio because they are significantly smaller in size (I normally use extra wide). They continued holding up even after baking in the oven with the sauce. Got a lot of compliments on the dish.

Tasty Good
These egg noodles are wonderful. I'm allergic to wheat and now I can eat a proper tuna casserole again.

Overpriced, rancid, inedible Zero Stars
These were shockingly bad. Having Celiac disease I wanted some gluten free egg noodles to have with shredded beef and gravy and mashed potatoes. Wasted my beef. Smelled and tasted like rancid cardboard. Packaging was nearly nonexistent so wherever they have been sitting I will give benefit of the doubt but I suspect this is just someone who is taking advantage of the gluten free trend. The texture was fine but I noticed when I drained and rinsed there was almost a soapy smell. I tried a noodle and knew immediately something was wrong. Stupid me went ahead and mixed with my beef and gravy in the hopes maybe they just needed to soak up the gravy. Nope. Inedible. Rancid and stupidly/shockingly expensive for what they were. Thank God for mashed potatoes. The dog wouldn’t eat these either.

Finally Gluten Free Noodles
We have not had "noodles" since becoming Gluten Free. There are lots of varieties and flavors of "Gluten Free Pasta's", but I had not found noodles. These are very good. The right shape and for the most part consistency. As with all GF items, they tend to fall apart easily after initially cooked. You have to be VERY careful not to over cook them, or they will go to mush. The taste is very good. One will always miss the chewy texture of noodles made with wheat flour, but these are a VERY good option without the gluten.
