These actually work pretty good for pain. I had been using a different brand for other thing but this grass fed beef bone marrow is less expensive than the other brand. I have just been taking two capsules a day for 2-3 weeks now and was just wanting it to keep my joints from being stiff and for the stem cells that come from bone marrow. And I noticed a pain that i developed a few months ago in my right heel every time i got off the bed from lying down it would hurt with a sharp pain when i walked. Really weird that it was in that location and only in one foot, but now the pain has gone away and never feel it when i get of bed anymore. i was going to up it to 3 or 4 to see if the pain would go away but just two capsules a day 1000mgs is doing just fine. I also take other grass fed beef supplements and i plan on switching over to this brand for the grass fed beef organs also as it is less expensive than ancestral.

I purchased this product an got it three days ago, I started that day. I have been taking half the dose, this is the real deal! I will never stop buying this product!!! I was so sleep deprived , bloated, felt so malnourished all the time even though I try to eat well.. I slept between 10-13 hrs daily an still never got enough. I felt depressed I felt slow, I never get my period.. over all I felt like something was seriously wrong with me but no matter what i did I never was able to change it.. after one time taking this it was instant! I felt energy;but not like caffeine energy, I was able to fall asleep soundly an woke up 6 hrs later the next day, refreshed! I've had some success with a different brand who sources their cows from the grasslands of Argentina. In an effort to save a few dollars, I decided to try the Peak Performance Liver, Organ Complex and Bone Marrow. I'm starting to question the quality of these three products as I've had some arthritic pain and digestive issues return since going off my previous brand and trying these. So where do they source their cattle from? Good question! The Peak Performance website doesn't even list these products as something they produce and the Amazon descriptions don't provide any sourcing information which is beyond dubious. They say it's manufactured in USA... okay great... that tells me nothing about the actual quality of the cows which, in my view, is kind of an important factor when you're throwing multiple capsules of the cow's organs down your gullet. Since I can't get any information on the sourcing or quality, I'm just lucky that my body's biological feedback told me there's something wrong with these. I suggest you look elsewhere.
