I've discovered the true essence of Ashwagandha tea when I'm extremely stressed, or tired. The flavor is extremely subtle, and I like to brew a large cup (300ml) for about 7 mins. The nuttiness and bitterness of the wood seeps into the water when the bags are dunked for a prolonged time. The first of this brew is wonderful, to say the least. Tension ebbs away slowly, as I enjoy a cuppa. Sometimes, I also pair it with a dollop of honey and crushed clove. But mostly, the original taste pleases me. This also works beautifully as a sleepy time drink. The tea relaxes the nerves and induces a good sleep ( it does for me anyway)

Stumbled upon it by chance on amazon as I was looking for good green tea. And trust me this one is value for money.

The Tea quality is very good. Generally the tea bags are substandard even in imported tea bags but ONLYLEAF tea bags are of premium standards and it won't break or cut when hot water poured directly on it . if you are beginner in having Green tea then I would suggest you to Pick flavoured green teas from ONLYLEAF and have it within the prescribed time to enjoy the refreshing feeling . this one is quite okay. the other variant I had once was much better in taste and aroma.. kashmiri kehwa. or maybe the trend of decline in quality as usually happens once product becomes famous.

Very efective

I bought the ashwagandha green tea and I have to say.. It's amazing... It's a big refreshment at evenings and even in the mornings. Great taste, not at all bitter. Obviously the taste wont be like your normal tea but you get used to it over time.
