The LifeProWaver Vibration Plate is a device that allows you to use for overall fitness and health improvements. The first time using it improved my balance stability and strength. Great workout machine! Just started using it and I can feel how it helps strengthen my legs and core. I like how it shakes up the body to help circulate lymph cells and blood which makes me feel better since I sit a lot for work. I do 10 min in the morning and another 10 in the early evening. The unit is a bit heavy but is sturdy and well built with easy buttons to program and shuts down when done. I didn’t realize it goes as high as 99. I’m still in the 20s until I get used to it. So far happy with my purchase!!

Bought this Lifepro vibration machine in June, 2025. Now it is Feb, 2026. It has worked well so far, except the vibration at top speed has become less "tight"- there seems to be more motion at the highest setting and when feet are positioned in a very wide stance. That is, the vibration is not as "fine"- there is more motion to the plate. This improves when feet are positioned closer to the middle of the pad. As a result, it feels like there is less stability to the machine as the stance widens. Still vibrates a lot though. I always use it at the highest setting of 99. It also makes a bit louder noise with the wide stance. Remote is easy to use. I still use it regularly and find it to be helpful after 7 months.

I decided on the Lifepro due to good reviews as well as my own research. I am very happy with this machine! It's a good size, has lots of speeds (vibration levels) and I like that I can attach ropes to it for different exercises. I've used it many times and I am very happy. I really feel like it makes me sleep better and I actually think it's helping my circulation and lymphatic drainage. It's a great workout investment to have at home!

I used it for a week and felt like it was really helping with joint pain relief. The vibration levels are smooth but powerful. It’s gentle enough for warm-ups, balance, and recovery, yet strong enough to really activate muscles during squats, planks, and standing exercises. I can feel my legs, core, and glutes working even during short sessions. As far as the product itself, I found it to be very sturdy and well made. I will update on the progress in a month or so.

This machine is amazing. I’m 76 yrs old and I can use this machine without any difficulty. Machine is very well made and very easy to use. I’m already seeing some improvement to my legs, circulation seems to have improved as the fatigue I felt in my legs has diminished I believe because of improved circulation. Glad I bought this machine and we’ll worth the price I paid.

Just received this a week ago and due to a family member’s medical issue haven’t been able to use it as religiously as I’d like. However, with that being said, I’m a 65-year-old, 119lb female and have noticed balance issues creeping up. I’ve also suffered from decades of extreme lower back pain. This is actually very nice and enjoyable to use. I will admit the first day took some getting used to, but within less than half an hour, I was pretty comfortable with using it. Instructions are great they rather general. I will be going online to search for specific videos for older adult usage. But this is a solid piece of equipment. I placed mine on a rug pad that I had left over as I have tiled floor floors. This cut down on noise and also makes it easier to move around.. I placed mine in front of the television and set an automatic timer with Alexa for doing basic simple stances. I’m able to do these all the way up to the highest speed level. But generally, I’m taking it easy until I determine how this affects my lower back. I will say after use I actually noticed the difference, though it is subtle. I’m sure with time I’ll see more positive results with my balance and possibly other aspects. For the price I think this was very well worth it.

Brilliant addition to my rehabilitation equipment. Which is now considerable. Especially great for my legs and back. Useful additional resistance bands . Excellent explanation booklets and QR codes linking easily to numerous exercises at different levels of ability. This is my favourite, by far, item I have bought so far. Well worth the money

J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!

Excelente producto! Lo compré para mis papás que ya son de edad avanzada pero toda la familia lo usamos y se siente súper rico. Apenas llevamos una semana de uso así que aún no vemos efectos a largo plazo
