These work great!
I bought a pair of Adidas Sambas awhile back and in the store they felt fine. I’ve owned a few pairs of Adidas shoes before, but never Sambas. I wore them for a couple of days and even played a light game of soccer, but the pain from the shoe rubbing the back of my ankle was unbearable. I really didn’t want to give up on my new pair of shoes so I looked for an alternative route. These cushions were just the answer I was looking for. I put these bad boys in and basically forgot about them. I’ve worn those shoes every day for past 3 months and have had zero issues with pain or discomfort. The fact that I haven’t had to change out the cushions after 3 months of every day use is a testament of their durability and adhesive. I highly recommend these cushions to anyone suffering from the same issue that I was having.

not great for hot weather
Soft and easy to apply but I noticed it can come off pretty easily especially when it's hot outside.

They come off pretty easily. Used them once and peeled 70 percent off from the first use and I didn’t even use them for long at all.

helpful and comfortable
a lifesaver during the break-in process for my Dr. Martens shoes. they’re comfortable, stay in place, and really help improve the fit and prevent rubbing your heels.

Muat have to avoid heal blisters!
Have a pair of new dress shoes that caused blisters on heals first time wearing. I used these on my next use and went blister free so yes they work well. Not sure how long the adhesive works for so hopefully more then one use, we will see but they definately saved my heals!

Slippery but very comfy
I bought these to prevent wear on my cowboy boots as I noticed slippage and uneven wear on the heel of my boot. I put these in my boots and they are extremely comfortable and very easy to utilize. They are a little bit big though and they slide around a good bit so putting some tape or glue to keep them permanently attached is a very good idea. Overall great for the price and very durable, have not worn out yet!
