Very pleased with Uneed mummy shoulder bag. As they are going to be Christmas presents.

As seen in the pic, strap broke on third use! It's a lovely bag, however, the zips don't operate smoothly and I now have to get the sewing kit out!!

I purchased this bag in November as a Christmas present for a family member. She only used the bag twice in January and the strap almost immediately perished and frayed and virtually came away from the bag. I contacted the company who have offered to request a 30% refund as compensation and suggesting I could buy it again. Surely as the bag is faulty and can no longer be used, I should receive either a full refund or a replacement.
