I don't use four buttons but If I needed them they are there. Was easy to program and works great. I also like the flip cover that protects the remote from opening the door when you don't want to open it (i.e. when I take it with me on my lawn mower or in the house when not in use you don't hit it by mistake.) You can't go wrong with this remote but if you want a visor clip you'll have to buy another make or make one work

Except for a couple of minutes of operator stupidity in trying to find the buttons (Duh, like under the slide down section), these little guys are super. They synced in a heartbeat, no muss, no fuss (unless you count using my rickety old ladder). I was able to get these linked to garage door opener and then use one to sync the car (per auto instructions) in a jiffy, too. It took me approximately 3 minutes (including the ladder climb) to do it all. Super easy. If I could do it (old and semi disabled), literally anybody can.

These remotes paired instantly to my craftsman opener and worked without a hitch. The range isn't nearly as far as the opener these replaced but for what they are it is hard to complain and you get two of them for the price of other brands.

I was not able to program using the LIGHT button on the garage door opener in my garage as a previous reviewer suggested, but I used a long stick to press the purple button and it could not have been easier. No ladder for me! The last remote opener I had (1) broke very soon after getting it at the ring used to keep on my key ring, and (2) kept opening my garage door from inside my purse because the opener did not have a cover. THIS REMOTE IS A GREAT IMPROVEMENT, and PERFECT!

I purchased one and the battery went dead in 5 months. For whatever reason I choose to by a two pack of the same remotes. In the span of five weeks both of the new ones are now dead. To make matters worse it is impossible to remove the four tiny screws to change the battery. Unfortunately, I was notified by Amazon that the product is only warrantied for 30 days.

I bought the two pack so I have a backup. I purchased this keychain remote to keep on my motorcycle keys so I would not need to stop and get off my bike just to open the garage door. This is my second purchase of this item. The first one was not a defect of the product by any means. They’re not designed to be in a heavy rainfall for an extended period of time as they are not even considered water resistant. In my book this is well worth the money. It had gotten wet several time and continued to work until the heavy rain. I would definitely recommend this item.

Update: worked for about 6 months then both died. We have an older garage door and I was having trouble finding a new remote when ours stopped working. I am very pleased with the keychain remote. I didn’t even know such a thing existed. It was VERY easy to program. We just needed a ladder to reach the programming button (make sure your unit has a purple button). I just had to push the purple button on the overhead unit in the garage and push a button on the remote. Boom - that easy! It was done! Both remotes work great and I like having the remote in my keychain instead of it being left in my car at night. Great Product!
