Great for restoring old bikes. Since the chain doesn't have a modern quick-link, you'll need to use your chain tool twice - once to shorten the chain, then once to push the rivet back in and bring the chain together. Just like in the olden days. I haven't yet had any problems with compatibility or corrosion.

Prompt delivery. Chain looks OK but unfortunately doesn't fit the 8 speed Shimano cassette I have on my tourer, constantly slipping when torque is applied.

This chain for some bizarre reason does not come with a quick link - in the sellers defence this was not advertised but in reality all chains sold should have one, it makes the process for putting the chain on so much easier. Either way, I managed to the chain on and while initially things appeared to be all good about a month later the chain started to jump. On closer examination I noted that one of the links had warped, not the links that I had joined together at initial installation. Had to dump this one and get a new one from another seller. Maybe it was just the one that I got?

Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber die Kette ist sehr schön! Silber, Silber!Der Sicherungsstift ist bereits in das letzte Glied halb eingeschoben. Mit einem guten Ketten-Nieter ist das Verschließen kein Problem. Danach ist die Stelle nicht zu erkennen und dad Glied bewegt sich frei! Sehr gut!

La catena funziona molto bene, ho comperato separatamente la fibbia per unirla, tutto ok. La catena è bella e funziona ottimamente. Un ottimo acquisto
