Excellent product. I add to oatmeal and smoothies. High protein and omegas. A pleasant texture. Neutral taste. If this product is on sale I buy it. It’s a little too pricy at regular price.

I have this on subscription! I put it on yogurt and fruit in the mornings! It can be added to anything tbh and has 19 grams of protein per serving! You get 5lbs and it’s fresh and always sealed very well and a great quality product!

Like it on my overnight oat, salads and smoothies. I have not try the handmade milk recipe yet. Good quality and they're fresh with nutty flavor, tasty and reasonable price. I would buy it again. Grateful value for money.

There are a few reasons why I really like this product. The nutty flavor is great for smoothies and yogurt. Plus, the high protein content helps me stay full longer. I wish there were more recipes included and it's easier to find in stores, but overall, very satisfied with this purchase.
