Works good, quick install summary in review
Fixed my issue on 05 Yukon denali digital ac control. Driver side vents did not change temps while the passenger side did. To start this repair I first removed the ECAS/HVAC fuse in the fuse box under the hood to start this. I then used a 7mm to take off the cover, also a long 7mm for the one bolt under the console. Then a 5.5mm to take off the actuator itself. To install I lined up the blend door to actuator and put the actuator on reversing the proccess until I plugged the fuse back in. To program I started the car and didnt touch anything for a minute timed. I didnt let it sit on the on position I just put the key in and cranked it. Working good, all functions back to normal. Hope this helps

Quick shipping and receipt. Fixed my issue.
Shipped quickly. Received in one day, Fits like the OEM. Fixed my issue (hot air coming through drivers vents). Installation was a bit challenging. Biggest issue for installation was ensuring the actuator lined up with vehicle HVAC door actuator rotator. You may need to compare the actuator rotator with the old actuator rotator. If it is not positioned the same you will have to adjust it. This is how I did it. Plug the new uninstalled actuator in and adjust the driver side hot/cold slider so that the rotator matches up with the old actuator rotator. Then your should be able to install it without too much trouble, unless you messed with the old actuator after you removed it. Lastly, the under dash cover will be really challenging to install. Recommend you install the screw second from the left first (it is the hardest to install) and tighten about half way, then install the other three. Fully tighten all once all 4 are in place. Everything operates very well. I paid a bit more for the Dorman part as I believe it is better built. Would buy again.

Works perfect! Hot outside, cold in my truck!
This part was exactly as described. I had to do some research and make some phone calls but this fixed my problem. Heres my experiance with my particular application in hopes that it will help someone else. I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado with auto air. My air inlet door actuator had failed. To be clear this is the door that lets outside air in with the A/C on and then closes the door to block off outside air when in "recirculation" mode. This allows the A/C to recirculate or "re-use" the already cooler and dryer air inside your vehicle. I had read post after post about how you had to take your entire dash out to access this thing, which is on the passenger side and buried almost all the way to the fire wall. I wasnt looking forward to it. Once I began work and had a lot of the dash parts off and dash cover off realized just how bad it was going to be until I remembered reading, on an Amazon review of same part, where some guy cut his A/C duct out of the way and I thought he was crazy! Turns out hes not! It was either cut duct out of way or really have to take entire dash out, braces and all. I was fortunate enought to have an air saw that made quick work out of the duct. This doesnt sound as bad as you may tthink. I made one straigt cut just to the left of where the actuator was located, drilled out the plastic weld where it attached to the de-frost duct and the other end slides right out of the flex duct! Done! I then removed the silver control module located just below and in front of this piece of ducting, just be sure to unplug all the connectors on the bottom of it (I believe it has something to do with the onstar or XM system.) Now to re-install the duct I slipped the lose end back into the flex duct, realigned the end I cut, and used aluminum duct repair tape to reseal the cut and re-attach it to the system. This is the "chrome" like tape you can find at Lowes or even some auto parts stores that is often used to install or repair home A/C duct work or even make a hasty auto patch repair with. I then used a zip tie to re attach the duct to the de-frost vent so it wouldnt rattle around once the dash caover was back on. Re assemble dash and your done! You can use a plastic glue if you want but i didnt want a harsh odor blowing out when the dash heated up during the day so I used the tape. Im sure you could use regular duct tape but the aluminum stuff has more insulating properties to it. This method created so much space to access the actuator with a fraction of the work or time it would have otherwise. Just be sure to plug in the actuator before re applying power to vhehicle. The truck will automatically learn the position of new actuator and adjust as necessary. The new one works great and my A/C will freeze you out now!

Blend Door
The product is great. Corvette C5 owners that are having blend door issues on the drivers side this is product you need. That said youtube how to install it; its a little bit of a drag but doable. Again, no fault of the product itself.

Worked great in my 2004 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali 4X4. Fixed the issue of heat blowing on the passenger side (hot air only). Amazon offered a better value than buying it from other places. The job was abit of a pain to do, but that has nothing to do with the product. I followed these instructions from Instructables.com (How to remove drivers side passenger side temp contr). [...]
