Silverstone Tek Aluminum NUC Case with Top Cover Heat-Pipe and 2X HDMI Ports - Black (PT14B-H2)

The directions in the box were printed in an unbelievably small font size, luckily they were posted on the silverstone website and I could zoom in using my PDF viewer.The install went pretty quickly though the case can be pretty hot to touch now - I'm happy with the purchase!

This case in no way worked as described. Not only did it perform significantly worse than the default case in cooling (peak 90 degrees vs. kit's 80), but it also slowed my CPU to a crawl, bringing boot time up from under 10 seconds to nearly a minute. Additionally, it made several of my usb and HDMI ports unusable. No permanent damage was done, but I am still extremely disappointed by this case, and have switched back to the case provided with the NUC.

I would never buy this product again. The first chassis I received the fan wasn't working because it was pretty cheap and requested replacement. They sent out a new one but it was the wrong model so I had to send it back again. Now it is a week later and still waiting for the third replacement. Prior to purchase I contacted the manufacture to verify model for my application and they replied five days later with bogus information. Never again!
