I love this cleanser. Anytime I feel a stye coming on I use this for a few days and it clears right up. Very gently cleanser for sensitive skin and has no smell. This is a small travel size bottle but they sell a larger size too. Works super well and leaves eyelids and lashes feeling clean and soft.

I really appreciate this product exists! I am prone to styes and this has been the only thing that keeps my eyelids clean. It is so much economical than the wipes (which I hate) and it’s easy to use in the shower. It foams well and feels nice on your eyes.

Amazon said I had ordered this 17 times in the last 8 years. I use one bottle every 6 months. I use this cleanser twice a day in the morning and before bed to clean gunk and debris from my eye lids. No more scratchy eyes when I wear contact lenses. It has worked well for me until a year ago when I developed watery eyes on my left eye, and very itchy eyes. Washing with this foam 3-4 times a day just provide relief for 30 minutes. I suspected that I have a demodex infestation. I tried a different tea tree oil eye wipe for demodex infestation, but it stinks my eyes but doesn't relief or get rid of the problem. I started with TheraTears SteriLid Antimicrobial Eyelid Cleanser and Face Wash instead, and it got rid of my watery eye in 3-4 weeks. The itchy eyes and crusty eyes are mostly managed and slowly going away after a couple of months. I will write a review on that product separately. In the mean time, I continue to use Ocusoft cleanser to clean my eyes in the morning and then use the TheraTears once I clean my eyes with Ocusoft.

As a guy who’s dealt with irritated eyelids and dryness, this stuff has been a game changer. It cleans gently but thoroughly, leaves my eyes feeling refreshed, and doesn’t sting. The foam is easy to use and a bottle lasts a long time. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their eye health and daily routine.
