This was purchased for my brother-in-law who suffered a major stroke. The balls help to keep him occupied in bed and keep his hands flexible.

My son broke his wrist in a travel basketball game. We used this to get his strength back. Worked great.

Small. About the size and shape of a large size chicken egg (2 ounce). Squishy enough yet firm enough. Just a little on the small side. Material seems good and is comfortable. Gripping but not sticky. The two can be used together, at least in my hand, which tires the muscles quicker.

Shaped funny and not very “squishy” it was more of a hand exercise trying to squeeze these things. Ended up returning this item.
