This really works
I have been using this for five days, twice a day and am really surprised how this works. I has some serious bruises and they have faded a lot in the past five days. I have tried other 'bruise creams' and not much happened. So, I am most pleased with this product.

This was recommended by my derrmatologist for blemishes on arms and legs that have not been resolved with other medications. Believe it or not, , there was a noticeable difference within several days. Very nicely priced and easy to use

Results of DerMend Bruise Gel Use
I have only used this product for just over a month. I found it is a great moisturizer for my skin. On the critical reason I ordered it - to diminish the bruising on my skin, due to medication - I am not sure yet if it is any better than Arnica Bruise Gel, which I have used for a long time. I was hoping it would act faster. I have reordered, so I will see the longer term effects.

It does what it said it would!
I've been using it for 3-weeks now. At first, I had large spots on my arms and (I thought) it took longer for them to go away with this. I figured I'd check it out until the tube was gone. Twice every day.I have to say, its doing what it said it would. I believe my skin is thicker and I don't get bruised as easy. Actually, I haven't had any purple marks or bruises. That's all I wanted. Just ordered my second bottle!

Might work but expensive
I bought this a few years ago because of the bruising on the thinner skin on my arms due to age (!!). It’s quite $$. I probably didn’t give it enough time to be effective, but as I got more bruises I decided it wasn’t worth trying to resolve.

Derm Mend is a great bruise healer cream
Derm mend cream with arnica works great on bruises and purpura or bleeding under the skin. I find it fades bruising better than plain arnica jell and is very soothing.
