I usually buy vital peptides lemon flavour but was unavailable and went for this as an alternative, the flavour isn’t nice and can taste fish oil wouldn’t recommend

normally I just assume anything like this is a placebo but I was surprised to find that after eating this marine collagen most days for two weeks I noticed a definite difference in my aches and pains. seems to help the joints and tendons.
