not sure you would have to read into it. I put it on my jetta tdi and I still had to make modifications. They had a thing that you plugged your info in before buying it to comfirm, Ask the seller

Yes sir it will, I have it on my 2011 GTI. However you need to keep a eye on the coolant return line for the radiator. I had to cut a notch in the air box portion in order for it not to pinch the line.

Not sure about the German model, I have mine on a 2013.5 GLi with the gen3 engine and it worked out fine
