Ordered two of these and one came perfect, the other not so much. Aside from the shipping issue, it’s great for the price. Lightweight and breathable, and it looks good. The coating on the straw makes it look and feel a little plastic-y, but it’s durable and good enough for a daily wear

There is nothing wrong with this hat. To get a resistol at this cost was surprising. No surprise then that the quality matches the prise point. If you think you are getting a top of the line hat you will be wrong. If you're looking for a hat to do yard work in this one fits the bill.

Great looking and quality hat. Perfect fit and very comfortable. Best of all a great value when compared to comparable Stetson hat.

Item arrived as prescribed and exactly what I ordered and expected.

Recieved my resistor hat 4 inch rise preformed that was shoe horned into the undamaged box. First opening the top of the hat was half the height that it should be, the brim was wavy an any of the creases/bends in the brim were horrible. The Resistol leather patch that goes in the top of the hat during unwrapping fell to my lap. Have purchased many cowboy hats, none have arrived in this type of condition, for this type of money very unhappy with the packaging/quality assurance of this hat.
