Bit pricey but still a brilliant dieting product

I'm not overweight but did put on a bit on my hols and thought this would be a good option to get back to my usual weight and reset my eating habits. I've got mixed feelings. First I did not lose weight with the product so that was a fail. I think this is mainly because it left me constipated. I was quite annoyed that my weight did not go down as it did work for stopping me snacking and cutting down portion size. On a number of occasions I was unable to eat for several hours because it did fill me up. The taste is fine but if you want to lose weight quickly for a special occasion or the like then probably not the best product. I would use again as a way to reset my habits but not with any expectation of weight loss.

I was pretty excited to try these, after reading many reviews both good and bad, I decided to try them for myself. Very disappointed! Didn't work for me at all! In fact I felt less hungry without them. My husband is now giving them a go. I think they're an absolute waste of money! you can get the same effect by just filling yourself up with water. These ones tase ok, but the blackcurrant one are revolting.

Taste great! Works even better! Love how it doesnt send you to the toilet! Worked well for me with diet an little exercise!

I stand by this product. I find it very hard to diet and usually (at least three times a week) end up binging on all the food in my sight, I lack control a lot. However since taking 3 of these shots every day, I find it so much easier to control myself around food and now only have one 'binge day' per week (and working on making it less than once a week) which is very good for me. I find I've become quite dependent on them now as I have no control without them. As for filling you up, I'd say they do for about an hour but then I get hungry pretty quickly afterwards (however it does say to take them 30 minutes before eating a meal which I don't usually do.) the one thing I have to say about these though is 'tasty' is DEFINITELY not the word. I find it very hard to believe that anyone would ever find these 'tasty'. They are the worst tasting thing ever. And I've tried both the lime flavour and orange, I'm not sure about the other but no doubt that will be disgusting too. However, for me, the positives outweighs the awful taste (which makes me want to throw up) and for that reason I will still be a regular customer. I just really hope they realise the issue with the taste and decide to change the recipe because God it's terrible.

So maybe the other flavors are much nicer but the lemon and lime is seriously awful! hold your nose to swallow awful! smells like plastic chemicals... and does it work? well for a limited time i would say yes. maybe for an hour or so it will stop you feeling proper hungry. if the taste was nicer i would have rated a lot higher

I was skeptical but the cost for me was worth the risk It definitely helped me stay fuller for longer. It doesn't do anything for cravings though. If you are in the right mind set and just want to resist snacking between meals, and stay full with a healthy meal choice, this is a good affordable tool to help you on your weight loss journey, you still need will power though. I lost 3lb in my 1st week.

After completing 7 days I have successfully lost 7lbs with 5 workouts in 7 days These do help with cravings and after taking them consistently they also help with making u feel full I have cut down on junk food and the sweets Brought another box which I will be starting from tomorrow so let’s see what week 2 brings !

This taste awesome , really works with curbing the appetite and ate less then normal , but my weight didn’t change at all infact just increased ! My workout is very less due to the fact that I work 7 days a week 2days off a month ! However it helped with eating less but not weight changes !

Pros : kept me full, nice packaging, simple instructions Cons: didn’t boost metabolism, doesn’t mix well, turns to slime fast, lemon-lime flavor taste bland, didn’t aid in weight loss. Needless, didn’t work for me. I didn’t lose weight or debloat by adding it to my healthy habits of lifting, sprinting, and eating proper. Sucked because its freaking pricey to have failed.

Tried these before but wanted to taste this new flavor. The product itself does help with bloating the flavor was really good. Glad I ordered them to try.

For the two days that I did try it wasn’t bad at all but as the fact that I don’t know what I just did it to myself for these few days because I didn’t notice but hey I feel great
