Hello, The mDP-3DP Multi Monitor Splitter supports the resolution of 1920x1080 @ 60Hz for 3 monitors. So unfortunately it would not support 1440p@144hz. Accell Support.

I use it with 120Hz triple monitors and worked fine don’t know about 250Hz
