Q: Forgot my code. How to reset?

There's a reset button on the bottom of the lock. Use a pen or tool to press down the reset button so it's no longer flush with the bottom surface of the lock. Set a new 3 digit combination aligned with the arrows on the lock. Use the pen or tool to move the reset button back into the original position so it's again flat with the bottom of the lock.

You can order one with all the same color.

Q: Has anyone used these for International travel to South America?

No I haven’t, but I did use them for international travel to Europe. They worked great - no issues.
