Good quality mower. Lightweight and easy to handle. Ideal for the smaller garden and cuts the grass well. Adjustable cutting heights are very useful. Easy to assemble, but the instructions are a little confusing. The diagrams are very poor, but are adequate if you have had a Flymo previously.

I had a Hovervac that died after 12 years so thought it would be worth replacing like for like. This seems slightly smaller and build quality a little more flimsy. However does a good enough job and is really light and easy to use although it doesn't hover as effectively as my last model. The vac is effective though and packs the grass nearly into the basket for easy emptying. Pleased overall

I've only recently purchased this, and so far I'm not disappointed small and compact, suitable for the small to medium sized gardens but do not underestimate it. In my experience it was easy to assemble cut and collected the grass with no difficulties, there is a noise level but nothing disturbing, compact yes, good quality, its a good functioning machine. Cleaning it is not difficult. It does have safety functions and a speed and power suitable for its size. Would I recommend yes, particularly if your not a garden expert and want your garden to be neat and tidy.

I was very sceptical from reading the mixed reviews but it is very good! 1. Easy to put up husband did it on his own in five minutes. 2.Cut the grass quick and easy, we have a medium sized garden, took about an hour to cut. 3.Has a grass collecting box build to it which is very helpful to keep things not too messy, I didn’t need to buy any other tools this alone did the whole job. 4.light enough for a small framed woman like me to use, I needed a rest or two in between because of my back issue but not too bad at all, I need to rest with my Dyson V7 as well if that gives any indication(slightly heavier than a dyson vacuum but feels to me similar pull strength on the back) 5.power cord is slightly short for us but no big deal as we have some extension cords at hand. 6. Not too noisy, I personally find it pretty Low noise, again similar to a vacuum. 7. Didn’t leave the garden messy as I was worried about it. I did the job in my PJs without any protecting clothing and didn’t end up getting grass all over myself. Overall this is exactly what I imagined when I ordered it, fuss free, easy to use, ticks every box and works as it should do. This is my very first time using a lawn mower and I’m glad I got this one. I am not an experienced gardener so don’t know if this would be good enough for someone has higher expectations than me, but if you are like me researching on lawn mowers because of Covid-19 and you don’t want to risk having people in your house. I would recommend this one.

Cuts grass to much messing to adjust wont buy again .

The mower itself works fine but I couldn't assemble it on my own. I have always managed in the past but this time, I could not get the locking nit to attach the handle to the body on one side. The first one was easy. The second would not go completely through without banging it with a hammer. I was a bit worried that if the nut broke or bent, I'd have a useless mower and wouldn't be able to return it. But the biggest problem was with resetting the cutting height. Normally I can unscrew the blade with no problem but not this time. I had to get my neighbour to help, he's in his 30s and strong, and he struggled to turn it. In the end it took all his strength for around 10 minutes before it loosened. He nearly gave up. He wanted me to mention this on the review because he said it should never have been that tight. And as I said, as a 70 year old woman, I can normally do it myself. That's why I've given it 1 star. It was very nearly impossible to change the cutting height. We even did a short cut with the cut unchanged, and that would have been find if I wanted long grass.

Works better on flat surfaces the size is more than adequate. I enjoy the flying motion means you are not using too much energy. The only downside extra nuts and bolts becuase mine came undone and lost one. The instruction was simple and self explanatory.
