i use as facial cream nightly
I have sensitive skin on my face and I've tried many alternatives but find that this is the only cream I keep coming back to for a (almost) nightly moisturizing treatment. It seems to prevent "rosacea-like" symptoms (not sure if it's full blown condition) which I think are probably related to soap irritation and dryness. It may only have 1% cortisone in it, but that seems to make my skin happy and it has no greasy or clogging or smelly affects, as it's not too thick, but creamy in a way that allows quick absorbtion. A tube lasts me a couple weeks (despite being a small size) since I use just a dab on my cheeks and forehead and nose every night. And the result is fewer bumps and scales and spots. So it works for me and is essentially a very low cost per use solution.

A very effective good buy.
Long lasting. I'm no size queen, but it was 4 tubes with a net Wt. of 28.3g or 1 ounce. A fantastic buy & a very helpful product. If your ever tempted to buy Scalpacin please have a look at its ingredient & size 1st. Cheers.

Best cortisone cream ever!
At the age of 62 I got my first poison ivy rashes this summer, and they were doozies. Itched like crazy, spread around, and I would think I had it conquered only to wake up to a fresh itchy patch the next day. I tried calamine lotion, diphenhydramine cream, and cortisone ointment. Nothing was working. I tried this because it was cheap, it has a flip cap (love!), and I thought a lotion might be more effective than an ointment. Boy, was it. I started off slathering it on 3 times a day, but soon found out that was overdoing it. Just a pea-sized amount on each effected area twice a day really took the itch out! I have no idea why this lotion worked so much better than the cortisone ointment, but it did. As the rash calmed down I used calamine to help dry it out and soon the rash was 100% gone. I have given 2 tubes away to family members suffering with poison ivy. I'll never be without this MED Pride hydrocortisone cream as long as I can find it. It is a stellar product for poison ivy itchiness.

good product
Glad to find a hydrocortisone cream that doesn't contain multiple moisturizers and additives that leave my skin oily and dilutes the active ingredient. This is like the older creams that decrease itching and redness and that's it.
